Cat acting aggressive to our other cat after surgery

My gf has two cats that were recently declawed at the same time. Prior to the surgery, both cats got along with each other perfectly fine. Now, after the surgery and they moved into a new home (my house). Ever since, we have had to keep them separated because cat A attacked and has been aggressive towards cat B. She bit cat B and lacerated his neck, so ever since we have kept them in separate halves of the house. Any time cat A sees cat B, she growls and hisses.

How can we fix this? Is it fixable? Cat B seems perfectly fine and unaffected by the surgery/move, whereas cat A is being a total pain.

Additionally, I should mention there is a puppy in my house that is kept separate from both cats. Cat B doesn’t seem to mind him but has not bonded with him. Cat A meows and hisses at the puppy, but at the same time will swat and be playful through the gate.

Thanks in advance for any insight, it’s been a bit disappointing and frustrating.
