I have three cats and would like to get them on a more structured feeding schedule. They were supposed to be on a schedule right now but they’re basically free-fed because my parents always give them extra food and treats. Because of this, two out of the three are overweight.
They also get dry food right now and I want to switch them to wet or mostly wet. I’m really not sure how much to feed them. One can a day? What time should I feed them? How can I get my parents to stop spoiling them with treats?
