Having trouble coming to a descion.

A little over a week ago, I moved out of state to live with my wondeful BF. 2 days after I left he had to go away for work for 3 weeks. So I decided to look into getting a dog.

I found this sweet 4 month old pup named Millie, an Aussie/border collie mix. I went there, paid the 200 for her and came home and got her all the basics. Then I broke down. I couldn't handle all the pressure of moving, getting a dog, etc all at once. I called my BF in hysterics, not knowing what to do.

I got in contact with the owners and brought her back. They said if I want a hold on her, to let them know because they can tell I would take care of her and they want her going to a good place.

Regret is now sitting in. I'm lonely, i miss her, and i don't know what to do. I miss her and do want her back, but i've never trained a dog before and think i should get settled before making that jump.

Any advice on what to do would be great.
