My boyfriend has mild allergies, and we were hoping to adopt a cat. Dose anyone know how hard it is to find a low allergy can in a shelter. Any advise on how to go about finding one? Is this a common problem, or do allergy sufferers just never get pets/ just accept they will be allergic to their home?
