I am a senior design student who is starting their final design project of undergrad work. It is designing an app for a veterinary network. Think a single place you go to schedule appointments, check pet's medical history and immunization records and see communications and reminders from your vet.
My questions are as follows (All assume you currently have a Vet you like setup in network). If you can reply via PM that would be amazing. Thank you to anyone who provides feedback.

1). As a pet owner what are the most important pieces of information you want to know about your pet when you first login?

2). Besides scheduling an appointment, pet medical/immunization history and reminders from your vet what other functionality would you be looking for?

3). Do you currently have a Vet you love? If so what can they do better? Is there anything that an app could do that would aid them in taking care of your pet and communicating with you better?

4). Would you use an app from a Veterinary network that had FAQ or common issue resolution content to help you with common pet care issues (no emergency)?

5). Would you prefer an app you downloaded to your phone or one that work in your phone's web browser for this?
