I have two almost two year old kitties, boy and girl. Girl has occasionally puked up what looks like her undigested food followed by a small after-puke of yellow stuff that I’m assuming is bile or something. This happens rarely, maybe every couple of months if that, and I attributed it to her eating too much and throwing it back up.
She did that this morning and did it again tonight, which is the first time she’s done it twice in one day. She’s had literally no change in behavior - she’s not lethargic and she’s had an appetite all day and drank water and used her litter box. I’ve just never seen her do it twice in one day. Her normal vet has walk in hours on Saturday morning or I could take her to a 24 hour vet, but I can’t tell if I should be worried enough for that.
