My calico cat won’t stop hissing and being aggressive

So about a year ago now I moved into my boyfriend’s (I have had her since 2016) apartment with my two cats and myself. Belle (that’s my calico cat) and lion (my male fixed cat who will be 4 in August) she used to cuddle with myself and my other cat every single day. She would watch tv with me, and be my baby girl. Now about a month or so into living here she started to be hostile towards my boy cat who is harmless and wouldn’t hurt a mouse, so I think maybe it’s because she’s just mad at him or some cat related thing.

She starts being hostile towards us and gets out one day and the next thing we know she’s pregnant with kittens, she has four kittens and we ended up keeping two of the four kittens. Tobi and Poppy (both boys) she was a great mom but now has started being hostile towards them, she won’t let them cuddle with her anymore which is scaring them I believe because they are confused. We can’t pet belle, hold her or show that we love her. She’s about three years old and used to never act this way, she used to be very lovable and now she hates everyone even her own kids. I’m not sure what to do, she’s been to a vet before and even the vet didn’t want to mess with her unless she is sedated, he was afraid.

I have an appointment in a few weeks to get her fixed so I’m hoping that will help her. I miss my cat belle who would snuggle and purr when she wanted affection, she comes from a very loving home so I’m not sure what the issue is. Any advice would be welcomed.
