I live in Canada and have been doing some research on getting a pet tortoise. During my research I somehow got onto a US PetSmart or Petco website that listed Russian Tortoises at $75-$100. All the breeders in my Province sell them for $450+, I’m just curious as to why there is such a huge price difference.
$100 US is currently $133 Canadian
