Note - this is not my dog. In fact I'm surrounded by dogs in our alley way. It smells like feces in their enclosures. I'm looking for unique ways to "train" them to stop barking without the owners knowing.
So far, I have come up with one plan - cover their enclosure with pepper. Any other ideas?
