Cat is peeing on my bed even though she is litter trained, what do i do?

Hi there everybody.

So we recently moved to a new place, and got a new puppy. the cat hangs around at the common area while the dogs are around, but she recently started to pee on my bed. she poops in the litter but still pees on my bed. i don't know what to do. i also think she is unhappy because i don't give her as much attention as before. i don't know what to do
