Cat with diarrhea with some blood, and low ph in urine - causes?

So, first of all, I do have an appointment with our vet. Unfortunately, it's not until Thursday afternoon at the absolute earliest. I love our vet once we're actually in the appointment, but they will not give any advice over the phone, or in some shape or fashion tell us if we should be worried or take our cat to an emergency vet. I'm sure it's a liability thing so I understand, but it leaves us worried until then. I'd rather not go to an emergency vet or the big university one in the next town over which is really expensive unless we need it.

We have a cat who has a history of various small illnesses and UTIs. She was a stray/dumped at a park, and I suspect maybe taken from mom a little too early which decreased her immune system. She started going to the box more frequently, so we thought she had a UTI again, and started giving her these UTI prevention to see if that would clear it up (Flow treats, plus a liquid supplement). We also ordered more pretty litter to test her urine, as we had run out. (We also wanted to test the other cats to see if there were any trends)

Our pretty litter just came in, and as we were putting it in a box for her to use, we noticed a small clump of runny stool and a little bit of blood. This is when we called the vet.

After using it, her litter has come back orange, which I guess means low ph in her urine, the opposite of what a UTI would typically be. So, I'm wondering if these UTI treats we've been giving her are at all related to possibly causing this. We've stopped giving her the treats this morning.

Additionally, she has this odd spot on her lower lip, almost looks like a pimple. I hear cat acne is a thing, and this doesn't seem to bother her or keep her from eating. It also hasn't gotten worse since it appeared a week ago, if anything a little better. Less pink and swollen looking. Behaviorally, she has no changes. She still runs around and plays, she has been eating and drinking okay. She is all cuddles in the morning and ferocious the rest of the day. She is in and out of the catbox fairly frequently, and does scratch a lot when she's in there, but she's always been one to overly dig, even when she's healthy. (Or at least, when I assume she's healthy)

I guess we're just wondering how dire it is she see a vet, the blood although small, has me worried. Or if there's anything I can do to make her comfortable or relieve her. Our other cats when tested on pretty litter have all come back normal.
