I’m posting here because I can’t seem to find any help through google, but I’m having trouble house breaking my dog. My family dog the dog as a rescuse a few years ago, and she’s 4 now, but my parents never properly trained her. We have a doggie door at the house, and she knows she can go outside, but she has a huge issue with using the bathroom on any carpet in the house, including rugs. She doesn’t have problem with tile, only carpet. I’m not sure how I can go about with trainging her to stop, do you have any tips?
