I recently adopted an 8-week-old kitten. He’s a skittish sweetheart named Nimble, and he’s taken a liking to me. Because of our dogs, he stays in my room most of the time. He sleeps there, at first in a crate, but since he’s discovered how to get into my bed, he refuses to sleep anywhere else.
I’m fine with him sleeping here, but two nights in a row, I’ve had disrupted sleep because of him waking me up. I already have trouble sleeping, but I have even more trouble going back to sleep after having been woken up, especially since he continues to annoy me once I wake up. What he’ll usually do is lay right next to my face and paw at my face or neck. How can I stop this?
