In reviewing the available documentation, it is my understanding the 2019 or 2020 factual white paper has not been completed.
What I may add from personal, horrible experience, is OCD, (watch a person vacuum carpets 6 times a day, watch a person compulsively hoard figurines, dishes, plates, glasses, all, without regard to the numerous humans in their life.
The Tufts EDU white paper has been extremely helpful in understanding this disorder, and dealing with it. At least in understanding the psychological aspects of this condition.
Although extremely difficult dealing with a person/family member who has a 3 hour window of freedom, due to feeding animals, that timeframe is reduced to a 1.5 hour window of opportunity in human time.
Frankly, it's extremely difficult being labeled as a hater of animals whenever this insanity is discussed.
As an aside, removing 25-30 lbs of animal feces weekly from a personal residence is, difficult, not to mention, the urine within the house.
