I’ve had my pup since he was about 2 months, he always whimpers when he hears anything loud, any quick movement, if someone is dancing or if someone is speaking loudly. I’ve never hit my dog I always just sent him to timeout when he would tear things up or potty when he was training growing up. It concerns me why he always so jumpy towards everything, I thought about trying some cbd treats
