My cat eats too fast then throws up her undigested food and I don't know what to do anymore

So yeah, as the title states my cat eats too fast then throws up. I've tried to feed her her little bits at a time, which sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Sometimes I feed her just a little bit, she finishes that then whines until I feed her more, so I feed her another small amount and she still throws it up. I'm so tired of this. I'm tired of waking up in the middle of the night (like last night) hearing her puke, then waking up to her cries for food in the morning because she's hungry since she threw it all up. Not to mention when she pukes under my bed and I have no way of cleaning it without taking off my mattress and box spring. I'm gone for a week every other week because my parents are split and in that time my stepbrother takes care of my cat but he just dumps her food into the bowl and I come home with cat puke on my bed or floor. I've tried talking with him about it but he doesn't seem to care. I've tried putting in a couple golf balls to make her eat slower but it didn't do anything. My vet said there's nothing wrong with her, just that she eats too fast. Any recommendations for specific bowls or something? I love my cat to death but I can't deal with her overeating.
