My cat keeps peeing on my housemates's bed, and I can't figure out why.

As the title says, my cat keeps peeing on the bed of my housemate. He has done so three times in the past 4-5 weeks. We have used Urine Destroyer to clean sheets and a bit on the mattress itself.

Litter box is decently clean (scooped every 2-3 days), the cat does not show any other signs of urinary problems, so I've rule that out. There is another cat in the house, but the cats get along well. And that cat has been here for a couple months, so I don't know why this behavior would have started now.

I regularly see my cat use his litter box which is in a different, well ventilated room, so he isn't shunning it. There is a second box in the house, in my housemate's room, which is also decently ventilated, it has a lid though and my cat cannot fit inside. My cat is large and its one of those ones with a hold in the top and a otherwise entirely closed. I believe the other cat also uses my cat's litter box.

My cat is only about 6 years old. He has peed on beds/couches in the past, but these were the only times in the past few months.

I thoroughly went through the whole house and found no other spots with any signs of cat urine so it really is just y housemates bed.

Anyone have any thoughts on what I may be missing? Any things they have done to avoid this behavior?
