Like the title says, my cat started singing me the song of her people at night. Usually between the hours of 3am-7am. She's a 6yo turkish angora, and while she's always been a little funny (incredibly skittish, unless she wants attention, then super clingy? But don't approach her... unless she wants you to. Except no.), and occasionally chatty (walking through the house just talking to herself), but recently shes started practicing her upcoming Broadway performance.
It sounds like a mix of "chattering" and "long sad wailing". She gets plenty of attention, and has two other cats her age she gets on well with. She's healthy, and nothing has really changed. What gives? Its crazy annoying, as I'm a light sleeper, and I keep having to get up to shush her, but I'm losing sleep over it, and she's just getting progressively louder and more brazen about it. How do I get her to stop?
