I am not sure if this will be a deal breaker in our relationship but she is a cat lover, while i am someone who doesn't care much for pets. It also doesn't help that i am allergic to cats. I really just don't want to deal with a pet in general for whats going on in life. I am young and i just want to enjoy life with my girlfriend, but pets are high maintenance and need dedication to keep up. Which i am not up for. Also i want to know why people would chose pets over their significant other? We haven't date that long, (6 months) but i truly love my girlfriend. We have lots of interests that differ but i do really care for her in general. I just don't want to suffer my life with her with something as a pet cat giving me problems with the adventure with her. But in all honesty i see everyone choosing pets over humans, kinda crazy. So what do you guys think?
