I have two cats one that's just out of adolescence and an adult. The problem is the older is constantly following the other around and biting the younger ones neck and humping which I know is a dominance thing but he also has to follow the younger one EVERYWHERE and do it again and again it's been weeks and the younger one cannot go anywhere without the older following him. (The older one is new in the household) I've had many cats and never seen this behavior it's as if the older one is clingy.
