Pet owners (cats & dogs) / What services would you expect from a pet friendly hotel?

I would like to ask for r/Pets's help, especially from those that are happening to travel a lot with their pet and thank you guys in advance.

I am planning to open a small pet-oriented (not just pet-friendly) hotel in my area where the main focus would not only be the owner's vacation but his pet's as well. This would mean so much to me if you would find 1 minute to write a short answer, as I have tried to search the web for similar answers to no avail.

What services are a must have that you expect for a pet-oriented/friendly hotel to have? What would you like a pet-oriented/friendly hotel to have, but have not encountered in one during your stays?
