Cat ambushing, stalking other cat

I have 3 cats, all fixed. Kamiko, 9 year old female; Yuki, 7 year old Male; Dori, 5 year old female. We have had each since kittenhood. The problem lies with Yuki tormenting Kamiko. There are also weird health things that may or may not contribute, correlate, or that are even caused by the bullying. The bullying is not aggressive - Yuki does it for fun and play, but Kamiko gets hugely stressed out. She has always been averse to other animals. The text below is copied from my FB post and leads with litterbox avoidance and health stuff. Bear with, please. I need help.

Kamiko has started to pee and poo in the large open area under the kitchen sink (no cabinets), behind three crates of cleaning supplies & a bunch of other stuff, and way the hell out of easy reach for my age and crappy condition. I had her treated for a UTI last month, and her pee no longer reeks. But there is another problem. She has started this weird thing where every little while she frantically spins in a circle trying to get at something on her lower back (?), she never finds it, and she starts licking her leg or wherever is handy. The licking is weird. It's like lick/ head up-pause/ lick... During this, she leaks pee everywhere. This was why we got her treated, because omg the smell was bad.

This crazy spaz thing started after I treated her with Revolution I ordered from Australia. I thought after her UTI was treated that the spaz went away.

She is frequently bullied by Yuki and now she spends most of her time in the kitchen, like she is afraid to leave the room, which is ridiculous because he can get here there. I try to keep him away from her, but it doesn't help. It isn't constant, but she thinks anytime she can see him is a threat. She hates every other cat, and is a huge drama queen, (he isn't hurting her, he is bored and she has made it fun for him), she screams when he pounces on her like she is being murdered. Now understand, he is 7 and she is 9, this is not new behavior.

Anyway, I started finding pee spots, surrounded by droplets, which turned out to be the spaz thing again, as I will explain... She shit under the sink once, maybe a month ago. Then she spent a couple of days on my bed and I found out she is still doing the spaz thing, and I had to kick her off the bed because she leaked pee all over. So tonight we found shit way under the sink again, and I can't get to it until tomorrow. There is a ton of stuff under there and a tub because of a leak that Joe needs to fix, etc.

My plan is to get some netting and block off the area, but the original problems remain. She got a second dose of Revolution yesterday or the day before, because I was not confident that I had gotten it on her properly the first time and I thought her spaz thing might be fleas - she still has some scabs under her chin from scratching.

I have no money to take her to the vet. I can't set up a litter box in the kitchen, because 1) that's gross, and 2) I pay $70 a month for the one box already. (We use Pretty Litter to keep the smell down; we scoop daily and change once every 8 days, and get 4 bags a month for the price of 3.) This house has three rooms - kara's room (daughter), the kitchen/dining spot (craft zone), and the living room/my room. There is nowhere but the bathroom to set it up where it won't disturb someone's peace of mind and the minute we set it up, ALL the cats will use it. I am not going through that, and we would have to use regular litter, nullifying the whole point of a litterbox in the bathroom with low-stink litter.

I don't know what to do. I don't know why she is doing this. She did this once before (not the spaz thing), several years ago, except she was going on the kitchen counters. (In the apartment.) We cured that with a second box.

It is entirely possible that closing that space off under the sink will just make her find a new one, but I do not understand what the issue is. She will go in Kara's room and lie down. She will come in the bathroom when I'm in there. She comes in the living room. And I know she uses the litterbox. This is new behavior, following her leaking pee in the kitchen with her spaz thing. (I clean it up with bleach spray.)

I set up a short cat tower on the craft table and put her up there. She stayed for hours, then knocked it over getting down, and I think she fell. Now Dori has taken over the cat tower. I am at my wit's end and I cannot handle any more. I cannot stay all day in the kitchen or keep shadowing her to keep her from using the entire house as her litter box and to keep Yuki off of her. He only makes her scream maybe once a week, but he chases and bats at her a lot. She growls any time he is within six feet of her.

Also, we have no closets except the one off the laundry room. The laundry room has a door, which we have to keep closed because it isn't insulated and there is no climate control. If we open that door, it is as bad as just opening the front door and letting all the a/c and heat out. And it is directly beside my bed. (SE Texas, 100 degrees...)

Anybody have any ideas? I am guessing that there is no way to stop the cycle of the Revolution at this point, but it had been at least six weeks since last treatment and should've worn off? I can't be sure it is the cause of the spaz issue.

I am considering Feliway Multi-Cat Diffuser but the reviews are pretty evenly split - either it works great or it has zero effect.
