Hi guys!
So, Im pretty new to the insect world and praying mantises have really popped out at me. Im looking to recommendations on how to set up my terrarium and what breed might be good to start. Ive always had reptiles so Im comfortable with high heating and humidity.
Heres the specs of the tank Ive started:

ZooMed Bugarium (I had this tank in storage so the stuff that normally comes with it, I am not using).

1 qt of EcoEarth.

A handful of sphagnum moss in the corner.

One live tropical plant (I dont remember the name its pink and green, non toxic).

A few fake silk plants for climbing.

A little sideways clay pot thing for decor and hiding, if so desired.
The ambient temperature is currently 74-76F (23-24C). The humidity in my room ranges 35-40% on any given day. I have a dripper and a spray bottle.
I really like the Orchid Mantis but I can find nothing that specifies care for them. Ive really only found general mantis care. This cage Ive put together seems large for an Orchid Mantis but Im honestly not sure. Any advice would be great!
