To start he always has dry food and water available 24/7, he gets 1 on 1 play time for at least 2-4 hours a day, he is healthy and free from infection, he has loads of toys, and lastly his litter box is clean.
I have no idea what to do with him, unless he is sitting in mine or my girlfriends lap he is squealing all the time, it is driving me crazy. He walks around the house just squealing and meowing for hours. We live in an apartment so unless he quits this in the next day or so we will have to bring him to a animal shelter as I feel very bad for our neighbours. I have resorted to spritzing him with water when he squeals which I don’t enjoy doing but feel I have no other choice. The water bottle seemed to help during the day but he will still not be quiet during the night or when we are out of the house.
He is the friendliest cat I think I have ever met, very trusting since day 1 and would not hurt a fly he just won’t shut the fuck up. I am very experienced with puppies but I have never experienced this kind of behaviour with a dog. I love the little guy and would absolutely hate to give him up but with my current living situation that may be my only choice.
