Hi! I’m a catmom to a lovely (but naughty) kitty naked Rory. I’m also a college student. I bring Rory with me to campus because she’s my ESA. Last semester I had a nice big window she could look out of and she really enjoys watching the outdoors and the animals there. However, I’m in a basement dorm this year without a similar window, there is still one but it’s not at easily accessible to her. Because watching out the window is something she likes so much I want her to be able to enjoy being outside. I’ve seen lots of cats that sit outside and go on walks and I think it’d be a great way to fill the void of not having an optimal window. But she doesn’t really enjoy being out and about at this point. She usually just hides in my lap. Maybe she’ll go sniff around but eventually she’ll just hole up in a corner somewhere. I was wondering if anyone has any tips of how they introduced their kitty to the outdoors or ways to make it more enjoyable for her. TIA!
