I gave my friend a kitty I got at like a cat junk yard . There are a lot of cats some have medical issues. Well i gave my friend thinking he was gonna be responsible and get the cat fixed . But when I asked him he said no. I ask why . He said h wants her kids. I said I would pay for her to get fixed. On a group cat je showed a video of him throwing the cat on the couch. He was like my only friend at that school. How should I handle this without knocking out his teeth?
