So I just got an 11 week old lab puppy last night. He came home and seemed a little timid but then opened up and played well. Only thing was that when we tried to feed him food or treats, he wouldn’t eat at all, he would only drink water. I asked his previous owner what she fed him and she fed him basically the same as what we’re feeding him, just a different brand. Last night he also threw up a little bit and when I cleaned it it was yellowish. This morning I tried to feed him again and he ate a couple pieces of food. But then we started vacuuming and I think it scared him and he hid in my room. Then he threw up again the couple pieces of food he ate. I know he is stressed out from the new environment, but is his eating habits/throwing up due to stress? And should I try to get him to eat or just let him eat when he feels like it? Thanks!
