Hello everyone, i'm in need of some guidance regarding one of my cats behaviour. So i have 2 male cats: one is 6 years old and the other is 9. We have been living in an appartment for 10 years and the cats always used their litters and there was no problem in this regard. When i forgot to clean and switch the sand the older cat, sometimes would go and do it on the bathtub (both pee and poop), but overall they were very disciplined. However, back in July we moved to another appartment and that's when trouble started: my older cat is gainigng the habbit of peeing on our bathtub almost everyday and now he has done it on my bedroom, which stinks (literally). They are both intact and tbh i never took them to a vet as they have been very healthy thus far. Any tips on how should i deal with this situation? I wanna avoid having to neuter the cat but if it's the only way to stop this disgusting behaviour i will have to consider it... Have any of you dealt with this before?
