This morning my dog threw up twice, the vomit was kinda yellow with no chunks in it. He hasn't eaten any food today and has been really tired and sleeping all day today. I'm worried there's something serious wrong with him but the rest of my family thinks it's just an up set stomach from him chewing on a dead squirrel. Any idea on what it could be?
