So it’s late tonight and I just let my dog outside to let her do her business. As she was coming back up to come inside she ended up falling backwards and getting her right leg stuck underneath the step. I saw at the last second her fall and I raced out to help her and she had gotten herself unstuck but she was crying in pain. She is currently limping and I don’t know how old dogs respond to pain like that. So my question for owners of older dogs. How long does it take for an old dog to recover from hurting herself like that? Btw she is a mixed breed; German Shepard w/ black lab if that means anything.
