current progress on the systematic search for the best bird ever

current options

1. finches,

2. a pair of doves

3. canary (male canary not quiet?)

4. pigeon? from u/The-Golden-Chicken

necessary requirements of best bird

1. flies around the house

2. knows where it's 'bird spot' is in the house so it can feed itself

3. not noisy or loud

4. easy simple takes care of itself

optional, not necessary, perferences of best bird ever

1. colorful & vibrant, maybe iridescence

2. when outside it doesnt flly away and never comes back

• this can be solved by attaching a string around so that it doesnt escape or fly away

• or other good ideas and solutions you can think of

bad options

• budgie

• cockatiel (is loud?)

other possible options:

• other option is a robotic bird

• a plushie bird also works but it doesnt fly, or at least it'll be hard to make it fly

what other birds options do you have in mind?

kinda like a cat but that it flies and has wings (but maybe more welcoming than a cat but not as welcoming to the extent of a dog)
