... and Im almost afraid that she has owners. Shes filthy and Ive spent two hours cutting mats from her fur. She has no collar and Im getting her checked for a chip but. Unless shes been lost for a long time her owners havent been doing a great job at caring for her. It makes me hesitant to put up a found cat post on the local blog.
