She is supposed to have yearly checkups, her last checkup was 4 years ago. She is 12. I had assumed my parents were taking her in for her checkups but just found out they haven’t been. When I told my mum that we really should take her in, especially because she’s getting old, my mum said we’re only taking her in when she’s sick. I’m worried if she has an unnoticeable disease? It’s not a money problem, my parents just aren’t bothered. So should i convince them or are they right that we’ll be able to tell if something is wrong and she needs to go to the vet? I’m really confused.
