Is it rude to spend the whole day at a Shelter just asking to see specific cats because I can't make a decision?

My cat recently passed away and I'm looking to go to my local shelter to adopt a new friend.

However there are so many interesting choices (I usually like adult cats more and there are plenty), but I'm worried the people there will consider it annoying or rude if I just spend the entire day there asking to see one and then another and another until I make up my mind, which could take multiple days of going.
