I recently adopted a very pretty kitten around six weeks old. Very active, cuddly when she's not playing, and cute as can be. However, she's also going to the bathroom everywhere. She's practically ruined a rug in my living room and there are several stains in my bedroom. I've changed the litter to odor less, showed her the box, made sure she knows where it is, placed her in it several times, and done everything I can think of to get her to use it to no avail.
I'm at the end of my wits here. I can't hardly stand to come home because it stinks. I feel bad but I'm starting to think there's no training this little kitten and that I should give her away. I don't want to because she's a pretty loving kitten, but I can't stand the smell anymore. It's like living in a sewer. Please help 😢
