Man moved here to Oregon and had to leave dogs in Texas with family until we were able to get bigger housing. That has taken longer than expected ( 3 months so far and expecting at least 3 more) and he wants to visit them .
Im stating this would be detrimental to their health and make them very sad and go through the initial departure all over again.
Is this true? Or is it ok if he visits them?
Dogs are 1 year and 6.5 years old been with him every day before the separation.
