My cat is 4 years old, and we got him around the beginning of winter. He was always cuddly and loved to be pet, Hell he was just comfortable letting me pet him 20 minutes after he arrived, I assume because he came from a house with a lot of cats and used to be owned by a very old man(he passed away and that’s how we got him)but this is way out of line for what he usually does.
He was just laying on my bed like he usually does, when I crawled onto the bed a few inches away. After a few minutes I pet him and he was suddenly very cuddly, and curled up next to me and lightly bit my arm a bit, but it hurt from the pinch so I pulled away as gently as I could. He is currently cuddled up to me right now. Does this mean that he really loves me? I don’t know much about cat behavior.
