My cat has dental problems but i can't take her to a vet help

So this was the only reddit place i could find sorry if its not going to what the reddit place is

Anyway my cat is 8 years old female and spayed she eats a healthier brand (expensive as well) of dryfood and gets dental treats oneday i was checking and.looking at her teeth when i pulled back her lips a bit more and discovered most pf her back teeth were gon and it was just gums the bottom still had quite a bit of teeth but id say about 90% or.more of her upper teeth were rotting or gone her gums were also irritated

She seems to have gingivitus of some kind and she dosent chew too much often inhaleing her food rather then chewing what can i do to help her out the only clean teeth are her front teeth

She dosent seem to be in pain either but she is in discomfort and has always resorted to useing her massive freaking claws rather then teeth

What can i do to help her and clean her teeth??? This is potentially life threatening to her and i cant take her to a vet becouse my mom dosent have money nor do i
