It's my first pet bird. I live in an apartment but with a veranda so noises may be a problem. I find parrots to be too loud. I want something I can train to free flight outside and come back home. Space isn't big enough for a huge cage. Maybe a dove? How big at least a cage should be? And do they need to be paired?
