When we got our first cat, he was fine with sleeping in the bedroom, but as soon as he figured out a snake was in the room he busted the mesh top quite a few times, so he now sleeps outside the room. We then got another cat who wants to sleep in the bedroom and has not ever jumped on the tank, but we dont want to keep the door open at night. So we want them to come in (to sleep but to also stop ripping up the carpet infront of the door) and sleep with us.
TL;DR, how do we keep the cats from jumping on fish tank that holds our snake and breaking the mesh without getting a new cage?
