Cats losing appetite

I’ll try to keep this short, but my cats have seemingly lost interest in food over the past few days. I have two cats, Sushi and Minnow.

Yesterday, Sushi finished his breakfast but Minnow left about a quarter of her food in the bowl and then came back and finished it later. Similar situation last night at dinner; Sushi finished his meal, but Minnow ate about half of her food, came back for a few more bites, and licked the bowl after I had thrown out the remaining food (again about a quarter of a bowl). Today, they each finished about half of their breakfast and left the rest in the bowl.

They have eaten this food for a year now and never had any past problems with it. They’re interested in treats but still won’t eat full meals. Apparently Minnow also threw up sometime on Wednesday, but I wasn’t home at the time and didn’t learn about this until this morning. They seem to be using the litter box fine. Minnow does seem a bit lethargic.

I’m going to schedule a vet appointment as soon as I can, but is there anything I can do in the meantime to ensure they’re still eating something?
