My dog is a 5 years old shih tzu and since it was a baby she walks/run in circles, sometimes even in the same spot. Also everytime i try to pet her, she seems afraid or stressed, and grabbing her is almost impossible, since she starts to wiggle very desperately. Adding one more thing, every time i'm petting her ears/chest she behaves like they are itching. Any help is welcome
