I noticed my 6 m/o Australian Shepard puppy’s hips were hopping when she walked. No popping sounds, I just felt them one day and noticed it was constant. I asked the vet to take an X-ray, found “mild/moderate hip dysplasia”, and said there wasn’t really much to do about it at this point. I consulted another vet and she gave me contact info for traveling surgeons who do a surgery to correct this. Has anyone had any experience with this? I don’t want her in pain, but hate to have her go thru surgery if it hasn’t been successful. Please give me advice on what to do
