Hi all, Last night my brother brought home an abandoned puppy he found wandering around on the side of the highway. We can't keep her indefinitely, but it will be a few days before the local shelter can place her for fostering/adoption. So she'll be with us for a little bit. We're cleaning her up, but she's covered in tons of ticks, some of which are in hard to remove areas (bum, deep in ears, etc.). Is there something I can douse her in that will help remove/detach/kill them? The usual vinegar/dish soap solution has only mildly helped.
