Hello, I live in an apartment in Texas. My sweet cat somehow has gone missing. I have been resiliently searching for her with no luck. It was probably around 60 degrees when she got out a few days ago but the weather has now dropped to be in the 30’s.
I’ve had no signs that she’s been nearby.I put out multiple articles of dirty clothes/towels/blankets as well as a box with a dirty (but dry) towel to potentially be used as shelter, as well as wet food and her dry food. None have any signs that they’ve been used.
Does anyone know where a cat may hide in cold weather? I’ve looked in all the bushes and under cars nearby. I’ll keep looking there but I figure if she’s outside she’s probably tried to find a warm and dry place since it’s been wet and cold.
