I need help finding a "timed closing" food bowl

First off, I know there are pet feeders that dispense food at a set time and there are also pet feeders that detect microchips/rfid tags to open the food door, but neither of these are really what I need.

I have a geriatric cat that has to have a special (and very expensive) diet but he prefers the cheap cat food I feed the other cats and when he eats too much of it, it causes his pancreatitis to flare up. In the past, I've just been keeping the cheap food in a small tupperware dish and keeping it covered unless they are sitting next to it waiting for food; However, my elderly father lives with me and he has a tendency to uncover the cheap food and then forget to cover it back up which leads to my cat getting into it and becoming very sick. I like the idea of a pet food bowl that has a timed cover so you can manually open it, turn a dial to set the timer (like a kitchen timer), and then it closes automatically when time runs out. Does anyone know of any pet feeders like this on the market?
