I don't know if this is the place for this but idk what else to do. it is late at night so I can't go to the vet but my cat keeps going to the litter box but won't go. he has been licking his penis all day but only started showing signs of not being able to go to the bathroom a few hours ago. he has started whining but IDK if it's related or him just wanting something. does anybody know of something I can do at home to help him until I can get him checked out?
