Am I in the wrong?

Hey guys, so I have a cat. She is declawed (adopted her that way), so I don’t like it when she goes outside. Well my brother got a screen for his dog and ever since my cat has been sneaking into the backyard. She used to never step out until he got that damn screen. Anyway, now my mom got a pet stroller for my cat without asking and wants to take my cat out to walk. I know for a fact my cat hates enclosed spaces and told her NOT to walk her. What does she do? She comes over the next day, lets her outside (which I told both her and my brother to make sure she doesn’t go outside but does anyway) and tries to get her in the stroller but of course my cat refused. Now due to her going outside she also gets fleas and I have to treat her once a month. All of this ended up exploding my fuse making me shout some swear words at them and walked away to my room. Now they’re blaming ME even though I told them she is declawed, DON’T let her outside not even the front yard. Am I going crazy or are they fucking with me..
