We have a dog, she’s 3 and we’ve had her for about two years (June 2018). We also have a cat, she’s almost 2 and we got her about 6 months after (October 2018). They have gotten along with one another pretty much from the beginning. They play well together and will even cuddle with each other sometimes.
But my cat has suddenly becoming aggressive with the dog. Not every day, but maybe 3 different days or so over the last few weeks, the cat will go near the dog and begin a low growl that turns into a screech. I haven’t seen the cat scratch or lunge at the dog, but she growls, hisses, and screams at her and we really can’t understand why. The cat has been eating, drinking, and using the bathroom normally. She doesn’t wince in pain or anything when we pick her up or pet her.
And like I said, this hasn’t been happening every day but it has happened on a few occasions at like completely random times. I’ve got no idea why she randomly acts like this! Any advice would be helpful! Thank you!!
