My sister recently adopted 2 kittens and is worried about our dogs reaction to them. He is a larger dog and has a high prey instinct. She is very worried that she won't be able to take care of the cats while living at home with our dog. She is considering bringing the kittens back to their shelters. Its causing a lot of emotional distress, should she bring the kittens back to there shelters or should she wait?
